Getting started

How do I create a workspace?

When you first open Roadmap Flow, you will be prompted to select a folder on your computer. This folder becomes your workspace where all roadmap files will be saved.

Where is my roadmap data stored?

Currently, all your roadmap data is stored entirely locally on your device inside the workspace folder you selected. We do not sync it to any cloud servers.

Can I use Roadmap Flow without an account?

Yes. The free version available on the Microsoft Store operates entirely locally and does not require you to create or log into an account.

How do exports work?

Exports are saved directly into an 'Exports' folder inside your local workspace directory. You will find CSV, Markdown, and presentation outputs there.

Microsoft Store installation

I installed from Microsoft Store. Where is the app?

Check your Windows Start Menu for "Roadmap Flow". You can pin it to your taskbar for easy access.

How do updates work?

Updates are handled automatically by the Microsoft Store. When we release a new version, Windows will download and install it in the background.

Why does Windows show Roadmap Flow as a desktop app?

Roadmap Flow is a native Windows application built for productivity, utilizing the local filesystem for fast access to your documents.

Paid features

Are Pro and Team available now?

Pro is available at €9 / month or €90 / year — subscribe from inside the app at Account → Upgrade to Pro. Team starts at 5 seats and is also self-serve from inside the app at Account → Upgrade to Team. See full pricing.

Who handles paid subscriptions?

Roadmap Flow is distributed through the Microsoft Store, but Pro and Team subscriptions are sold and billed by Belfavn through Stripe. Microsoft Store payments, gift cards, and account balance do not apply to Stripe purchases.

How do I cancel or change my plan?

Open Account → Manage billing in the app to launch the Stripe billing portal. From there you can cancel, change your payment method, change your Team seat count, or download invoices. Features remain active until the end of your current billing period.

What is your refund policy?

EU and EEA consumers have a 14-day statutory right to cancel and receive a full refund on the original purchase. Outside that window, monthly and annual subscriptions remain active until the end of the current paid period and are not pro-rated. Include the email address you used at Stripe Checkout. We respond within five business days; 14-day statutory refund requests are confirmed within one business day.
