Common questions
Install Roadmap Flow for free from the Microsoft Store, open the app, go to Config → Subscription, and click Upgrade to Pro. You'll be sent to Stripe Checkout to complete payment, then the app unlocks Pro features once activation refreshes.
Pro and Team subscriptions are sold and billed by Belfavn through Stripe. Microsoft Store payments, gift cards, and account balance do not apply to Stripe purchases. For invoice, payment, or refund questions, contact [email protected].
Yes. Open the Stripe billing portal from Config → Subscription → Manage billing in the app to cancel, change your payment method, or download invoices. After cancellation, Pro features remain available until the end of your current period.
Pro is licensed for two active devices per account. You can deactivate an old device from the Stripe billing portal to free a slot.
Pro features keep working offline for 14 days using the cached entitlement. After that they fall back to Free until the app can re-verify your subscription.
The free tier is the trial — every Pro feature has a clearly marked locked state in the app so you can see what you'd unlock before paying. For refund requests within 14 days of purchase, contact [email protected].
