Roadmap Flow is provided by Belfavn. By downloading, installing, or using the Roadmap Flow desktop application or website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Provision of Service

The app is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. The free version of Roadmap Flow can be used without a paid subscription.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for their own roadmap data and maintaining appropriate backups. Because the free app stores files locally on your device, we cannot recover lost or deleted roadmap files.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• Paid subscriptions (Pro and Team) unlock additional features such as roadmap milestones, change reports, branded exports, and team workspace tools.
• Paid subscriptions are sold and billed by Belfavn through Stripe, not through the Microsoft Store. Microsoft Store payments, gift cards, and account balance do not apply to Stripe purchases.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

We make no warranty that roadmap health checks provided by the app are complete, accurate, or error-free. Roadmap Flow is a communication tool and is not a replacement for professional legal, financial, compliance, or project-management advice.

6. Limitation of Liability
