This Privacy Policy explains how Belfavn ("we", "us", or "our") handles your information when you use the Roadmap Flow desktop application, the Roadmap Flow Check browser extension, and the roadmap-flow.com website.

2. Data Storage in the Desktop App

The Roadmap Flow free desktop app stores your roadmap workspace files locally on your device. The free local-first app does not require a cloud account, and we do not sync or transmit your roadmap data to our servers.

3. Roadmap Flow Check Browser Extension

Roadmap Flow Check is a local-first companion extension for Chrome and Edge. It reads page content only on the active tab and only after you click a capture action in the extension. Captured text is analyzed entirely on your device. The extension does not transmit page content, captured text, or any other personal information to our servers or to any third party, and it contains no analytics, tracking, or remotely hosted code.

Captures exist only in the extension's current popup session. When you export, the result is saved to your computer as a file you choose to download, for one-time import into Roadmap Flow. The extension requests only the minimum permissions needed for this flow (activeTab, scripting, and downloads); it does not request access to your browsing history or to all websites.

4. Website Information Collection

When you visit roadmap-flow.com, the website may collect basic hosting and server logs through our hosting provider (Cloudflare) to ensure security and proper functioning of the site.

5. Support Communications

When you contact us via email ([email protected]), we process your email address and the contents of your message solely to respond to your user requests and provide support.

6. Future Paid Subscriptions

If paid subscriptions are introduced in the future, billing processes will be handled securely by our payment processor, Stripe. Belfavn will not store full credit card numbers directly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will indicate any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
