Meet Roadmap Flow Check
Roadmap items rarely start life in a roadmap tool. They start in a strategy doc, a backlog, or a thread someone sent you on Friday.
Roadmap Flow Check is a free browser extension that captures that content where it already lives, tells you honestly how roadmap-ready it is, and hands you a package the desktop app can import. It runs entirely on your machine, and nothing it reads is uploaded.
Free on every plan. Works in Chrome and Edge. No account required.
Jira, Confluence, Notion, Slack, Google Docs, Azure DevOps. Select text, scan a page, paste notes, or bring a CSV. It reads nothing until you pick an action.
A 0 to 100 readiness score names what a reviewer will ask about: missing owner, no target, an unresolved decision. It reports gaps and never invents content.
Review the candidates, tick the ones you want, pick the roadmap and workstream. Items append with their source link kept, and your workspace is never overwritten.
Who it is for
Who it is not for
Roadmap Flow is not intended to replace Jira, Azure DevOps, Linear, or your engineering backlog.
It is a lightweight roadmap communication and validation layer. It is built for the high-level roadmap artifacts that get presented to executives, not for managing daily sprint tasks.
Pro is available — Team is in early access
Roadmap Flow is free to install from the Microsoft Store. Upgrade to Pro from inside the app for €9 / month or €90 / year to unlock saved stakeholder views, roadmap milestones, side-by-side change reports, branded PPTX / PDF / PNG / SVG exports, and the one-page executive summary PDF.
Team plans add shared workspaces, named change history, review comments, and a portfolio dashboard — we're onboarding teams individually during early access. See full pricing and the feature comparison.
