Roadmap Flow Check is a free browser extension that captures that content where it already lives, tells you honestly how roadmap-ready it is, and hands you a package the desktop app can import. It runs entirely on your machine, and nothing it reads is uploaded.

Jira, Confluence, Notion, Slack, Google Docs, Azure DevOps. Select text, scan a page, paste notes, or bring a CSV. It reads nothing until you pick an action.
A 0 to 100 readiness score names what a reviewer will ask about: missing owner, no target, an unresolved decision. It reports gaps and never invents content.
Review the candidates, tick the ones you want, pick the roadmap and workstream. Items append with their source link kept, and your workspace is never overwritten.

Roadmap Flow is free to install from the Microsoft Store. Upgrade to Pro from inside the app for €9 / month or €90 / year to unlock saved stakeholder views, roadmap milestones, side-by-side change reports, branded PPTX / PDF / PNG / SVG exports, and the one-page executive summary PDF.
Team adds shared workspaces, named change history, review comments, a portfolio dashboard, and a company admin console for seats, invitations and billing, from €15 / seat / month with a five-seat minimum.
